split level apartment is suitable and most usually rented to couples
however the flexible accommodation can accommodate families or groups
of friends looking for an inexpensive base from which to explore the area.
During the main holiday season this apartment is only available to
couples and comprises an entrance vestibule with doors leading to the bathroom
with shower over and a separate wc. A large arch opens onto the main
living accommodation which
is in a studio format and contains an american style kitchen (gas/elec hob,
large fridge, microwave), dining table and chairs and a comfortable
settee. The re is also a double bed and storage.
A
staircase within the apartment leads up to 2 further bedrooms. This
staircase is gated at the top for security. The
first contains
a double and single bed and the second contains 3 single beds. These
upstairs rooms also have independent access. The downstairs can be
rented by couple or all rooms can be used for larger parties out of the
main holiday period
