Prices
are per week which normally runs
from Saturday to Saturday during the main holiday season however we do
try to be flexible so please ask. For rentals outside of peak season,
midweek bookings, long weekends and winter/spring long term rentals
please ask.
We are pleased to accept payment by bank transfer (euros or sterling),
PAYPAL
or by credit card payment over the internet (charged in euros),
sterling bank cheque (up to 1 month
prior to arrival), euro cheque drawn on a French bank account (on
arrival) or .
Otherwise please pay in either cash sterling or euros as agreed..
We also ask for a security deposit to cover the cost of damage that may
occur during your stay. For holiday rentals of one week or more we ask
for a deposit of €150 (or equivalent in a previously agreed
currency). Normally we ask for this deposit to be paid with the balance
of the rental however if paying by PAYPAL we would prefer the deposit
to be paid on arrival in cash. This is entirely because of the
transaction costs in pocessing PAYPAL payments.
Arrival times are between 4pm and 7pm and departure before 10:30 please!
Bed and Breakfast
55 euros per night per couple
sharing a double bedroom with ensuite
facilities (60 euros per night during July and August).
Long
Term Rentals
€500 (or the sterling equivalent) per month for 1
bedroom apartment. Stays of 6 weeks or more available from October
through to May.
